can any one give me any advice on what type to fit ,has anyone fitted ajustable ones i know there dear , factory ones are cheap at 9.72 + vat but are they any good scratch

spax adjustables are good, the konis not so good as you have to remove them to adjust.

Thats the only experience I've had, apart from that I've had avo coilovers for years on the vauxhall engined mini.

think we fitted these to diesel

im sure we upgraded to gas shocks instead of oil

i seem to remember diesel handeling better than manuell but i havnt drove diesel in a while

If your not sure, id go for standard.

For the price they are a good option until you know what you want
